 Applied to laptop & desktop computers, we thoroughly wipe clean the hard drives using advanced sanitizing methodologies, thereby eliminating confidential data, malware, viruses, and spyware infections.

 We then clean each computer, reformat, recondition, and reinstall the operating system, applications, security patches, critical fixes and updates for each machine.

 A like-new, fully reconditioned, operating computer is then returned to the customer.


Our Computer Reconditioning Process Works as follows:

Step 1.  Asset Listing and Inbound System Tagging
We record the make, model, and serial number of each computer scheduled for reconditioning, and issue customer receipt for lab work reconditioning process. We tag every inbound system, and then immediately apply our drive wiping and data eradication methodologies.

Step 2.  Hard Drive Wiping, Sanitizing, & System Cleaning
Each system is thoroughly wiped and cleaned using our advanced sanitizing methodologies, thereby eliminating confidential data, malware, computer viruses and other threats. To ensure complete eradication of data from systems, we use sophisticated data wiping methods and the Federally-approved (NIST 800-88) Secure Erase Process. This assures 100% eradication of all data, files, folders, directories and information which previously resided on the systems.

Step 3.  Reformatting, Reinstallation, & Restoration
We then reformat the system media and reinstall each computer with new operating system, default applications, system programs, and hardware machine updates.

Step 4.  System Renewal, Updates, & Performance Tuning
Next, to stabilize system and increase performance, we renew your computer system with available operating system upgrades, service packs, security patches, critical fixes, updated device drivers, & application updates.

Step 5.  Testing & Completion
Finally, the computer is tested to ensure proper operability prior to returning it back to the customer.
