We accept donations of used, restorable laptop computers (working or not). The laptop computers are then fully reconditioned by us including clean wiping of the hard drives thereby destroying all previous data.

To ensure complete eradication of data from systems, we use sophisticated data wiping methods and the Federal standard (NIST 800-88) secure erase process. This assures complete eradication of all data, files, folders, directories and information which previously resided on the systems.

The next step we perform is installation of a new operating system and office productivity suite, along with viewing software including web browser, email client, and security protection.

The fully-reconditioned laptop computers are then provided to students, military veterans and other good causes at a low cost, far below market prices.

We also recondition a portion of these laptops for donation to veterans and military families in-need.

A Worthy Cause. There is a great demand from Military Veterans and their families who cannot otherwise afford a new laptop or desktop computer.

Wiped Clean Certificate. If your business wants to donate your old computers to a worthy cause but you are worried about your data on those computers, we wipe clean all the previous data according to vigorous state of the art erasing practices in a safe & secure environment before any computer is released from our lab. We then issue, upon request, a "wiped clean certificate" to the person or firm who donated the computer.

Provides Employment. Our process provides work for underemployed trained computer technicians during this recession period.

Green Considerations. "Reuse and Recycling", instead of Landfill. We are cognizant of our green responsibilities so we use a computer reconditioning process which provides reuse of computers instead of them going into a landfill.

We pick up and deliver computers within 50 miles of Carlsbad, California.
