PRIME SOLUTION
Get a PART TIME CIO for a mutually agreed upon time frame and budgeted dollar amount per month. This can be determined by a 3 or 4 day Executive Needs Assessment (ENA), which will include:
- Survey of existing I.T. equipment, software, hardware, platforms and systems, including age, compatibility, and interoperability.
- Survey of existing employee I.T. knowledge, expertise, and capabilities.
- Meeting with Senior Management to discuss and plan for:
- Management Objectives, Operations and Growth
- Evaluation of Corporate Goals, compatibility with existing personnel, equipment and expertise
- Work Flow Processing
- Preparation of recommended course of action, operational Scope of Work, time frame, and cost basis to implement.
After an initial Executive Needs Assessment has been completed, and Management has agreed to proceed with the plan outlined in the ENA, a Part Time CIO contract will be offered for the continuing temporary or part time CIO services required.
For example: Part Time CIO Service Options could be flexibly structured for either daily, once weekly, bi-monthly, and/or more or less-frequent intervals as needed, spelled out by contract in accordance with your operations and budgetary limitations.
Temporary CIO services can also be provided in those cases where the existing CIO will be gone for a stated period of time such as out of the country on assignment, or on vacation for several weeks, and an experienced and dependable Temporary CIO is needed on-site during his or her absence. Temporary CIO is also available for special high level projects and project management assignments, such as to perform analyses of divergent entities in merger & acquisition compatibility situations.
